During Private Post Natal Yoga Sessions I will guide you in how to strengthen your pelvic floor, re-tighten your tummy, ease low back pain, reengage the bladder muscle (yep, I said it) and help regulate those hormonal mood swings.
Post Natal Yoga Sessions may begin as soon as six weeks after birth (with your Doctor's approval of course) and take place in the comfort of your own home - making childcare (and fixing your hair) one less thing to worry about.
