SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

 

Semi-private sessions are just that, almost like a private session but with a max of two people.  A smaller class size like this allows for the session to be tailored to meet the needs of both.  Sometimes one person's back needs a little more focus while their friend is more focused on muscling up their booty - in a semi-private back and booty can rejoice! 

 

Also, each individual is provided with a mat, bolster, blocks, straps and blankets, not to mention equal time of hands-on adjustments and mini massages in resting poses.

If you're looking for a super-knowledgable yoga instructor who is down-to-earth (no lily lotus floating going on here), fun, loves encouraging people to move beyond where they think they can go, is challenging and inspiring, has a huge heart and has a quirky sense of humor then please reach out to me about leading larger group classes, travelling on-set (I currently teach at Sony Studios), travelling to your office, being a part of your get-away retreat.

SMALL GROUPS

 

Small groups consist of three to six people.  These well-rounded workouts or classes are easily adjustable to the needs of each student; however there is less hands-on time adjusting (I only have two!) and participants will need to provide their mats and some props, if needed. 

 

I take the time to work with everyone's goals, provide detailed injury modifications, as well as in-depth explanation so that the correct muslces are used in poses and sequences.  Resulting in a class that feels like it could almost be a semi-private session.
